Place sealed bag of bao'sliders in the microwave. [Please do not open or pierce bag!] Microwave for 2 mins 10 seconds [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds [750W]. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins

Drizzle itsu gochujang sauce across the cooked bao'sliders
step 3
Julienne [or thiny slice] a few radish, sprinkle on top

Top with finely sliced chives
