you will need

  • 3 itsu spicy chick’n noodles & broth pots
  • 1 broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 large red pepper, sliced
  • 100g edamame beans
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 200ml water
  • itsu crispy’chilli oil [to serve]
  • handful torn coriander [to garnish]

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

Open the lid of the itsu spicy chick’n noodles & broth pots, remove the sachets, empty them into a separate jug and set the rice noodles aside.

  2. step 2

Add 200ml of boiled water to the broth paste and stir. Then, put all the prepped veggies, noodle nests, butter, curry powder and paprika into a deep frying pan or wok.

  3. step 3

Pour both the broth and the 200ml of coconut milk into the frying pan, cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. step 4

Remove the lid and keep simmering for another 5 minutes until the sauce reduces enough to cling to the noodles and veggies before serving.

  5. step 5

Serve in a shallow dish with a generous drizzle of itsu crispy’chilli oil and a garnish of coriander. Grab your chopsticks and enjoy.
