chilli miso noodles & broth pot (vegan)

you will need

  • 100g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

let's get cooking

    Slice the mushrooms and chop the chives.

    Open the lid halfway and remove the sachets. Pour the broth paste over the noodles and add the mushrooms.

    Add boiling water to the fill line, ensuring the mushrooms are covered, stir well.

    Close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.

    Top with the chives.
