chilli miso & mushroom noodles

you will need

  • 40g mushrooms [we used shiitake]
  • 1tsp truffle oil

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

    Open the lid halfway and remove the sachets. Pour the broth paste over the noodles. 

  2. step 2

    Add boiling water to the fill line and stir, close the lid and leave for 5 minutes.

  3. step 3

    Meanwhile, stir-fry the shiitake in the truffle oil for 3 minutes until golden. 

  4. step 4

    Top the noodles with the truffle shiitake.
