noodle'soup is inspired by a dish first served in our award-winning Chelsea restaurant back in 1997. Restaurant quality chicken gyoza dumplings paired with fresh greens, extra fine ramen noodles and authentic tsuyu broth. Just add hot water for an Asian inspired lunch or supper in minutes.

preparation

  1. Remove sleeve, peel back film on the pot [without removing it completely] & add the contents of the sachet to the noodles.
  2. Pour boiling water into the clear pot up to fill line [310ml] & stir thoroughly.
  3. Replace film, leave to stand for 3 mins.

you lost me at katsuobushi

For anyone who would like to re-create out classic tsuyu broth at home, we have now shared the recipe online. All you need is katsuobushi, mirin, kombu, soy and a couple of hours to infuse the broth. However, if you’re pushed for time, the broth sachet in this box will give you exactly the same result, in 3 minutes.
