cooking instructions [from frozen]
microwave
1. Place sealed bag of soup’dumplings in the microwave [please do not open or pierce bag!]
2. Microwave for 2 mins 20 seconds [900W] or 2 mins 30 seconds [750W]
3. Remove tray from bag and pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopstick, leave to stand for 3 mins
WARNING: dumpling filling will be extremely hot. Please take care.

1. Place colander/sieve above pan of softly boiling water
2. Place soup’dumplings in thecolander/sieve, cover with a lid and steam for 12-14 mins
3. Leave to stand for 1 min
pan cook
1. Preheat pan with 1 tsp of oil on medium heat
2. Add soup’dumplings and cook for 5 mins
3. Carefully add 4 tbsp of cold water, cover with a lid and cook for a further 6 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
Add your favourite sauces, herbs or toppings.
