cooking instructions [from frozen]
microwave
1. Place sealed bag of dim’sum in the microwave
[Please do not open or pierce bag!]
2. Microwave for 2 mins [900W] or 2 mins 20 seconds
[750W]
3. Remove tray from bag and leave to stand for 3 mins
steam
1. Poke holes in greaseproof paper to line a colander
[or use a steamer liner]
2. Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water
3. Place dim’sum in the colander, cover with a lid and
steam for 12 mins
4. Leave to stand for 1 min
Add your favourite sauce to the dipping well, serve & enjoy!
