you will need

  • 1 itsu noodles & broth pot [your favourite flavour]
  • 2 tbsp of itsu crispy'chilli oil
  • 150g silken tofu
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp of cooking oil

you will need

  1. step 1

    Prepare your itsu noodles & broth pot following the instructions on the pot. Leave it to stand for 5 minutes.

  2. step 2

    Carefully slice the tofu into soft rounds.

  3. step 3

    Finely slice the spring onion and red chilli.

  4. step 4

    Heat the oil in a small pan over a medium heat. Add the spring onion and chilli and cook gently until softened and fragrant.

  5. step 5

    Stir through the itsu crispy'chilli oil and let it warm for a few seconds.

  6. step 6

    Tip the noodles from your itsu noodles & broth pot into a bowl, layer the cut tofu over the top, then spoon over the hot crispy’chilli mix.
