you will need

  • 2 itsu chick’n noodles & broth pots
  • 1 large chicken breast fillet diced
  • 2 tsps cooking oil
  • 5 stems of broccoli
  • 1 large red chilli pepper finely sliced
  • 1 carrot thinly sliced
  • handful of fresh spinach
  • itsu crispy’chilli oil [to serve]
  • sesame seeds [to garnish]
  • sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

let's get cooking

  1. step 1

Open the lids of the itsu chick’n noodles & broth pots, remove the sachets and put the rice noodles in a bowl of boiled water for 5 minutes. Empty the broth paste sachets into a separate bowl.

  2. step 2

While the noodles soak, add the light soy sauce and sugar to the broth paste before pouring 100ml of boiling water into the mix, stir well and set aside [if the sauce is too thick, thin out with a little more water].

  3. step 3

Stir-fry the chicken over a medium-high heat until cooked through and lightly browned. Add in your vegetables and continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.

  4. step 4

Toss in the cooked noodles and broth mixture. Stir-fry for a further minute, making sure all of the ingredients are evenly coated and cooked through.

  5. step 5

Serve in a shallow dish with a generous drizzle of itsu crispy’chilli oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Grab your chopsticks and enjoy.
