miso'soup [serves 1]
- Empty sachet of miso'easy into a small bowl.
- Add 200ml of hot [not boiling] water.
- Top with diced tofu, sliced itsu crispy seaweed thins or wakame & spring onions.
- Stir & enjoy!
miso'dressing [serves 2-4]
- Whisk together 1 sachet miso'easy, 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil & 1 tsp maple syrup.
- Use to dress salads or pour over roasted veg.
miso'marinade [serves 2]
- Whisk together 2 sachets miso'easy, 20ml mirin & 1 tbsp light brown sugar.
- Coat veg or protein & leave to marinate for 30 mins.
- Cook & enjoy!
