2. Cook for 8-10 mins, stirring occasionally [a shorter cooking time results in a firmer texture].
3. Drain & rinse with cold water. Serve immediately or toss with a tsp of oil to prevent sticking.

Add cooked noodles to a pan/wok with cooked veggies and protein and cook for 2-3 minutes.
