Gift cards are redeemable for products in itsu restaurants in the United Kingdom, excluding franchise operated restaurants (Aberdeen, Chelmsford, Edinburgh St James, Exeter, Leicester Fosse Park, Nottingham Victoria Centre, Paris Alma, Reading Gate, Staines Two Rivers, Wembley Park Boulevard, Windsor)

This card is only redeemable for purchases made in restaurant and not on itsu [grocery] products in supermarkets.

This card cannot be used for transactions made via the itsu app or delivery channels.

This card may not be exchanged for cash, no change will be given but the balance may be applied for future purposes.

Gift cards will expire 12 months from purchase. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost.
