Gift cards are redeemable for products in itsu restaurants in the United Kingdom, excluding franchise operated restaurants (Nottingham, Leicester, Reading Gate, Staines, Chelmsford, Wembley, Aberdeen, Edinburgh)

This card is only redeemable for purchases made in restaurant and not on itsu [grocery] products in supermarkets.

This card cannot be used for transactions made via the itsu app or delivery channels.
