Responsibly sourced, sustainable ingredients and seasonal produce are used to freshly craft each dish in our kitchen every day. 38% plant-based and with most dishes under 500 [good] calories, our menu offers wholesome nutrition you will relish. Vegans and vegetarian options are consciously curated.
Earth-friendly food and wellbeing-friendly satisfaction
Pristine Atlantic salmon from high-oxygenated and topography-perfect Norwegian fjords and Scotland is used to craft our sushi. Our soy sauce tells a 2000-year-old deep savoury tale. Authentic miso paste made in the Nagano Valley is used for all our marinades and soups. Our chicken is always fresh, 100% British, welfare certified, and never frozen. The bespoke mix of veggies is seasonally adjusted. We never fry our food, and the proof of steamed goodness is in all our dishes, from our gyoza to edamame.
