noodle'soup is inspired by a dish first served in our award-winning Chelsea restaurant back in 1997. Restaurant quality prawn gyoza dumplings paired with fresh greens, rice noodles and authentic tsuyu broth. Just add hot water for an Asian inspired lunch or supper in minutes.

how to enjoy

To prepare [5 minutes]:

1. Open box & remove broth sachet. Peel back film & add the contents of the sachet to the noodles.

2. Pour boiling water to the fill line [310ml] & stir thoroughly.

3. Replace film & close box lid. Leave to stand for 3 mins. stir & enjoy

Do not re-heat once cooked.

All you need is katsuobushi, mirin, kombu, soy and a couple of hours to infuse the broth.

However, if you’re pushed for time, the broth sachet in this box will give you exactly the same result, in 3 minutes.
