This platform is designed for large orders only.

Should you wish to order less than £60 worth of food, please order through our delivery partners [Uber Eats, Deliveroo, JustEat] where there is no minimum order value.

To change your delivery slot, you will need to cancel your order & place it again.

Please email delivery@itsu.com  requesting a cancellation & we will reimburse you accordingly. 

As a reminder, our cut-off time for placing & cancelling orders is 6pm the day before the delivery is due.

Any cancellation request raised after the cut off time will not be accepted.

To do this, please inform us 12 hours in advance at delivery@itsu.com.

Of course. You can place the order online, or if you'd like to discuss your requirements with us, please contact the delivery team through delivery@itsu.com.

Yes, once you have placed your order, you will receive a tracking link. Please note that the tracking link will show you the order status close to your delivery time.

You can order up to 60 days in advance.

No rush though. You have until 6pm a day before the requested delivery date.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate delivery outside our delivery radius as this is carefully set to ensure the quality of our products.
